DON'T BE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WITH RESTING ANGRY FACE. THIS IS VACATION, NO BAD BEHAVIOR JUST FUN! NICE AND POLITE IS THE KEY TO SCRATCHING THE HONEY POT!

Cleaning fee... It takes a lot to maintain a forest for you to have a great time on your vacation and leaving your space nice for the next guest is always appreciated. We ask that you treat our mountain space with respect by refraining from scattering compost or trash anywhere on the grounds. All trash must be bagged and brought to the camp store parking lot trash receptacles.

There is no glass or aluminum to be burned in your fire pits and clean meaning free of all trash, so pick up your scraps you didn't burn, avoid the $25 dollar charge. DO NOT leave anything in your site not even water jugs, firewood is okay, the next guest will love you. All sites are checked before you go in and when you come out. We miss things too, if there is something small please throw it away, otherwise alert a staff member and we will clean it for you to avoid a charge. There is a $25 dollar cleaning fee added to any site that has left us with debris and/or trash. IF you accidently left something behind please email or call to avoid the fee.

Any destruction to any site or area on the property including cutting of limbs or trees, burning our log benches, tearing apart our fire pits or putting holes in anything will result in a $100 fine. All major damage will be assessed by the appropriate contractor and charges will apply to cover any and all rents lost, our staff's labor and damage incurred to repair the sites, structures and/or grounds.

I know we sound like hatful Henry's but hatful Hanna's made us have to do it!!! We love the honor system here which is why you feel like you have your own private oasis. Leaving your space beautiful like you found it for the next guest is all we ask. No one wants to see what you burned in your fire pit nor do they want your half used food and water. Be respectful and let's be happy together:) No Jerks Allowed :)
